EduPillars is a subscription-based SaaS platform for educational institutions. Users are charged a subscription fee based on their selected plan.


 

2. Eligibility for Refunds


We offer refunds under the following conditions: Subscription Plans: Refunds are only available for annual subscription plans if requested within 7 days of purchase. Technical Issues: If you experience unresolved technical issues that prevent you from using the service effectively, a refund may be issued after verification. Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times due to a payment processing error, we will refund the excess amount.

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Described: If the service is not provided as described on our website.
  • Subscription Plans: Refunds are only available for annual subscription plans if requested within 7 days of purchase (only for first-time users).
  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents the user from accessing core features, and our support team cannot resolve it within 10 business days, a refund may be issued after verification.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times due to a payment processing error, we will refund the excess amount.

 

3. Non-Refundable Cases


Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Monthly Subscription Plans: Monthly payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
  • Used Services: If you have actively used the platform beyond the refund period.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction due to preference changes.
